We love staycations in hotels and resorts. But as much we love pampering ourselves with spa services or just simply sleeping in, it's difficult to ignore the fact that we're guilty of neglecting our fitness routine when we do so.
Sure, most accommodations now provide a fitness facility, but those get crowded pretty easily. Now you only have more excuse to miss on a decent 30-minute workout. But that shouldn't be the case.
