Budget airlines have allowed us to tick off more items in our travel bucket list. But our quest to explore and discover new places sometimes puts us in a situation where it's difficult to squeeze in workouts. Or at least that's what we think. We make traveling an excuse to put off exercising aside, and doing so halts our progress in reaching our #fitnessgoals.
