We have all gone through rough mornings when it is just too difficult to drag yourself out of bed to workout. Model and one of our cover girls Jamina Cruz says that the way to beat laziness is to always "keep yourself motivated." She says that if you feel like your current workout is not challenging you anymore, it's best to switch to another routine and take things up a notch. The feeling of gratification and self-fulfillment "will help make you feel body-positive also."
