It’s time that we rediscover our love of eggs. This superfood is a healthy complement to breakfasts, salads, and to the joy of millennials: avocados and toast. Eggs were condemned by nutritionists for a few decades, stating that they increase cholesterol levels and leave us prone to heart disease. But recent research found that eggs, when consumed in moderation, do not affect blood cholesterol as much as we’ve been told. Society now collectively pledges its support back to the humble egg.
We can’t wait to stuff our mouths with these amazing unfertilized chicken embryos! And there are many ways to prepare them in accordance with our diets.
